Wholesale and Retail. Bees collect nectar from many floral sources and sometimes they will concentrate on a single species of plant during a short time frame. This results in several varieties of honey that have a distinctive flavor such as Sourwood or Orange Blossom. On a visit to the store, you will be able to sample several varieties of honey and decide which sweet treat you want to take home. You may decide to purchase a jar of each !
